A resume or curriculum vitae and a one-page statement of the applicant's philosophy
At least three references (name, address, telephone, relationship to the applicant)
Appropriate publications and other documentary evidence may also be included
An application fee of $25.00 U.S. (non-refundable)

Available scholarships
Some students, while meeting some of their costs, will need grants-in-aid. These applicants are encouraged first to seek scholarship aid from their local and national groups. The Institute will make every effort to provide grants-in-aid for qualified students. Extended payment plans can be arranged.
